1st You download Webcam Driver.
install After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

you driver is not working order, you could download in the http://mba.toshiba.com/support/index.jsp, you only have to write or select the model and download it.

TECH COM SUPER TV CAPTURE CARD DRIVER
Hi! Below is a link to India's Tech Com site. Click on it, or if it doesn't work, copy and paste it into your browser address window. When the page loads, select your product (TV Tuners). Click the View Drivers button. On the new page, write down the username and password that you will need to download the driver. Click on the name Super TV 670 & Plus Old Model. Enter the username and password on the pop-up window, then you can download the driver. Hope this helps! Hal
