IF YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM THEN IT MUST BE BY CPU.
REATTACH LOOSE CABLES ,HARD DISK AND CMOS BATTERY
IF IT DOESNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM THEN REPLACE YOUR CMOS BATTERY WITH NEW ONE..............

try checking your cable connectors, if you are very much sure that there is no loose connections.. then there may have a problem with your video card.

Probably a PSU failure, although it could just be your power switch. Try shorting the power switch connections on the motherboard, if that doesn't work, replace the PSU with a standard ATX PSU. They're relatively cheap.

Your switch/harness may need to be unplugged and turned around. Take off the shifter and you can see it there. 

resister problem the regulater is bad.

I had the issue. Bought second hand motherboard on ebay and it fixed the problem. Apparently its a common issue with the motherboards used in the Scaleo 600
