Ive been using myfacebook email address for my psn account and now forgot password

Your Facebook account may or may not have the same password as your email account. It depends on the password YOU selected when you created the account.

To reset your Facebook password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Facebook sign-in page.

If you've forgot your password for Facebook's login or your account was hacked, try using Facebook's account recovery page: https://www.facebook.com/recover.php
Just follow the appropriate prompts for your situation and it should let you log back in.

do you remember your password? because if you do then you can click forgot email and as long as you know all your email addresses then you will be able to get a reminder of it on ur email account

If you forgot the password, the only thing you can do is to use the "Forgot your password" link. It will ask for your email address (the one you registered Facebook with). Type your email address. Now open you email account and look for the message sent to you by Facebook and follow the instructions.

Be forewarned: If you only have one email address associated with your account, losing access to your email could mean losing access to your Facebook. You can still access your account by using your email address and password. Also, you can find a lost password by mobile phone if you assigned one. If you forgot your password or email address, you can do the following:
From Facebook:

Are you trying to create a new account or login to an account you already have? If you are trying to create an account, then the problem is probably that you already have a facebook account witht that email address. Try using a differernt email address. You can get on free at Yahoo or Gmail. If you are trying to login to an account you already have then the problem is probably that you are using the wrong password. Try clicking "Forgot your password?" below the password box on the main facebook page.
