I would use hot melt glue to hold everything in place. The air cleaner works by charging the air particle at the front and there is high voltage on the plates. The polarity of the plate alternates where the first plate is positive, the second is negative, the third is positive, forth is negative, etc .
With first wire in front charging the dust particle, the plate attract the charged dust particle to the plate to capture it.
The Purple color that you will colored is amazing.
Angel Brazilian Virgin Hair Online Store will supply you high quality hair with best price. The hair extension you can buy in our store in purple color.that color is good. A Brazilian weave, also referred to as a Brazilian wave, utilizes 100-percent virgin Brazilian hair to create a soft, wavy style. A stylist can apply Brazilian hair in any weave technique you prefer, allowing you the freedom of choice. However, when a stylist states that she offers a Brazilian weave, she may also be referring to a technique known as the Brazilian knot, where the extension is bound to the hair in small sections using an elastic thread. Taking care of a Brazilian weave is similar to any other human hair weave, but there are a few minor considerations when taking care of Brazilian hair and the Brazilian knot in particular.
Blowing a new fuse would indicate that there is some component of the machine which was damaged. The fuse is a safety device which keeps electricity from flowing through defective wiring.
You can visually inspect the machine to see if there are any wires, connections, or components that appear to be damaged, burned, loose, or broken. The plates need to be perfect, without cracks, burned spots, loose mucilage, broken screens, etc. The contact fingers should be screwed firmly in place, and they should press firmly against the screen part of the plate.
If you can detect and then repair any of the above defects, and if the machine still blows the fuse, you can assume that the problem is deeper in the machine and it needs professional help! Unfortunately, Vollara (formerly EcoQuest) no longer makes or repairs the Flair. You can contact Vollara customer service 800-989-2299 to locate a dealer in your area; they may have another machine or know where you could get one. They may also know of someone who could repair it for you.
I've had a problem with the contacts being broken. there are little contacts on the bottom of the plates that spring out when it is reinstalled. they push against 2 wires inside teh unit. make sure they have good contact...
Also check the Fuse. Its on the back of the unit. Press in and turn to remove it. You may be able to just do a visual check and see if the fuse it is still good. however you may want to test it for continuity with a Multi-meter.
The suplier switched to different electrical parts during the 3rd to 4th yr of Fresh Air manufacturing. The electrical connectors to the plate would rust and so would the screws! (Especially when you don't keep the lint screen clean! The oxidizers stay inside and try to oxidize the metal parts.) That makes for a bad connection and creates a "plate" readout. Suggest you clean the visible electrical connectors first to the plate assembly, all the way to the touching of the plate. They may just fall off. Been there! Easy to fix.
Regardless of unit the purifier plates may need replacement. How are the plates cleaned? Could it be that there is a residue from the cleaning agent present after cleaning? With new plates there is a little oil on the plates to prevent oxidation when in storage or transit. A little rubbing alcohol would do the trick. Make sure the plates are dry before putting them back into the unit.
If the plates are seated right and clean you should see a faint purple glow on the plates when the unit is on purify.
