It is likely that the power supply filter electrolytic capacitors have failed in the monitor.

Either replace monitor of have a qualified technician troubleshoot the device.

Mounting instructions are in with the setup instruction for the TV or TV Stand. Did a mount come with the stand, or is it a separate add on to the stand? In some cases TV Mounts do come as an option?

Just try by any authorized dealers for Sony. If not available, check www.alibaba.com

Take it back to the place you bought it from they will most likely fix it if you have a warranty. Thats your only choice if you want it fixed unless if you wanna pay a hundred bucks to get a 3rd party lcd put in it haha.

Sounds like the video card could be bad. Also make sure the connections from your cable box are securely tightened.

check the cable power??i think the problem is from power supply section, the symple way to fix it is contack service center

If the tv doesn't power up then the fault is big. Even if it's only in the power source if you don't have a  god experience in electronics it will cost you over $250 to call a repairman to fix it for you.
This was sold for parts, it's not for you.

The most likely the TV has a power supply related problem. The most common thing to go out is the circuit board that supply power to the screen. Commonly called a Backlight Inverter Board.
I can't say it's 100% the problem because I can't actually look at the tv over the internet.
If by chance the TV is still under warranty, go that route.
If not under warranty and If you have some electronic experience, you can purchase a Service Manual over the internet and diagnose the source of the problem and fix it by soldering in the new part. The Service Manual will give you circuit diagrams, test points, and part# lists. Usually, cost under $20.

The port locations do not seem to line up the same so I'm pretty sure they are not interchangeable

It can be worked on by a local TV repair, then TV was made for Dell by Philips
