Two houses. Two DLink wireless 802.11N routers. Two Lexmark wireless all-in-one printers--an X4550 and an X4850. Two HP Pavillion DV9823ci laptops--one with Vista Ultimate the other with Vista Home Edition. When print jobs are sent from the Home Edition laptop, it will print one or two pages and lose the rest. Printing from Ultimate is fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

Printing ok laptop is:
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate
Version: 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001
Not printing laptop is:
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium
Version: 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001
I have tried printing using the wireless interface and a USB cable. A two page document in Word prints the last page but not the first in both cases.
I believe I have solved it. I helped someone the other day with his computer that he upgraded to IE 8.0. It was complaining about HP add ons and recommended going to www.hp.com/go/swp. I disabled all add ons for HP in IE 7.0 on my faulty laptop. I installed the swp software. The printer worked correctly on my test. Only time will tell if this has cured the problem.
As a footnote, the laptop with Ultimate that works ok had Vista reinstalled and the HP drivers were singly reinstalled. The HP Active Support Library is the only thing that will not install and HP does not seem to care even though I reported the issue.
