The 202 error can be indicated if the fuser exit sensor (on the far
right when looking into the rear of the machine) actuator does not
return to "at rest" position quickly enough. There is a small spiral
tension spring that returns the actuator to the "at rest" position. If
the hook on this spring has fallen off or was accidentally dislodged
during an actual paper jam removal, the actuator will return to the "at
rest" position, but sluggishly. It would be just slow enough for the
printer timing to think there is paper stuck the at fuser exit, even
though there isn't.
You also might want to try using some "canned air" and blowing out
this sensor. There could be enough Toner/Paper dust to make it marginal.
