Please help, I can't turn on my HTC. What happened?

Hi. My uncle bought HTC P3300 in Italy and I plugged the adaptor in the another country. The voltage was right... my HTC tuned on for a while. When I noticed that the system was too slow, I turned the unit off and turned it on again. The system hang for a long time and so I decided to do a soft reset by pressing the reset button with the stylus. After doing this the battery indicator light turned off and won't light up again... and worse, I can't turn on my HTC unit! Please help. I don't know what's wrong. Thanks!

My htc p3300 would stop functioning which I purchased at Banglore, India. On pressing the power button it will not "on". When I did soft reset it wouldn "on", and after some time - say 2 hour it will again go "off". This continued for few days. I will recharge my mobile with ac adopter for 2-3 hours. Now the set is not responding on pressing the power button or the soft reset button for the past 3 days. Dont know what to do . Please help.

My phone is dead since last 4 days. Removed the battery.. then inserted it again and connected it to AC adaptor to recharge for 8 hours. It did not work. No amber light, no green light was on as used to be usually. Once I tried to ON but got stuck in the first white screen which also went OFF. Cannot turn ON the set. Please help.

If you have a charged battery insert it and power the phone. If it hangs or whatever then (with the phone powered on, regardless of what's been displayed) keep on the keypad the two dashes ( - ) pressed and do a reset with the stylus. Do not leave the two buttons untill a black screen appears and ask you to press send (the green call button). Press it and you are done. If your phone doesn't have a hardware damage it should start. It will start from scratch again so you might be a bit patience.

Unable to connect HTC P3300 via Active Sync.

if you are using XP,install ACTIVE SYNC 4.5. if you are using VISTA or WINDOWS 7, no need any sync software. plug in the HTC to your laptop. right click on MY COMPUTER and select MANAGE. in the window that appears now, on the left hand side select DEVICE MANAGER. now on the right hand side see if you have any yellow colour icons. if YES,try to update the drivers. if nothing works out, try another PHONE to connect and use your phone to connect to another laptop. atleast this will give some idea as where the problem lies

HTC P3301 LANGUAGE PROBLEM

You have to CID Unlock your phone forst before you put a new ROM file to it.
CID= Country ID locked, without unlocking you cannot use a different language , if it's locked you can only have portuguese inside and not english.

After CID Unlock use the desired ROM file which is the actuall software update with the language files.
You can find help and software to do it here: www.xda-developers.com on the forum.
