Your LCD or Control Board is damaged. You can replace the LCD or the Board or have someone do it for you.

It sounds like the light has gone out at that point on the screen, you're going to have to replace the LCD monitor itself.

I would just replace it, the cost to troubleshoot and repair will be more than new.

check if problem occurs with another computer, hook up another monitor to your computer to check if your graphic card is making trouble.

if it the monitor, and it still is under warranty and you did not damage it, just return to place of purchase and let the paid pros work their magic1

- The monitor turns on but turns off by itself, the LED blinks green.

Unfortunately that means your monitor is in need of repair.Most likely you will have to consider replacin the monitor as a 17$ most likely isn't worth the price of repair.

It's either gonn'a be one of the horizontal buffer boards going from top 2 bottom that are connected 2 the y-sustainer or the one of the 4 inverters is bad on the y or z board. most likely the y board just check 4 tempeture indifference

Sounds like your monitor or graphics card may be going bad.

Problem with motherboard display unit.you need to repair the unit.
