Unless you know the brand of your universal there is no way you can contact the manufacturer for a code. Best bet is get another universal knowing that it will work with your sound bar.

How can How unlock my xav-622

I have a multimedia speaker DSP 3300.but I haven't the remote .Is there any way to operate it.

Usually the multimedia units use different codes to domestic appliances. I expect you may have to browse ebay for a correct replacement remote.

remote problems can be caused by inproper code settings in the setting menu items.
try to switch to " code 1 "

Go and buy a universal remote with button memory capability. (able to learn any remote function). That works great for me. 

I have a CyberHome CH-DVD-300 unit with a Dishnet remote. The remote code that worked for me is 724.
