You can download drivers for D845GVSR from Intel website. Click here:
Select the Operating System (e.g. Windows XP) and Type of Download 'Driver' and download the Audio Drivers

Download the original notebook driver here

Before installing, extract the files from the archive that you downloaded to a temporary directory on your hard drive labeled “Drivers\ Audio.”

To install, please follow the instructions below:

Open Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager.
Highlight the Multimedia Audio Controller under the Other Devices. Double click the device..
Go to the Driver tab and click on update driver.
Select Next
Search for a suitable driver and specify the location to c:\drivers\audio.
Select OK.
Windows will find the Multimedia Audio controller.
Select Next.
Continue with installation by selecting “Yes,” ignoring the digital signature message.
Finish installation and close the device manager window.
