How do I go about transferring my photos from my Samsung galaxy y young cell phone to my computer ?

2.Transfer files. Start a file manager on your computer. Go to the required folder in your computer's or your phone's file system.

If you can't transfer photos from samsung phone to pc, maybe you can try samsung mobile manager. Usually, it allows you to access all data on samsung phone, including the photos. Then you can export them to pc directly. 3 Simple Steps to Transfer Photos Between Samsung and Computer

You can connect your phone to your PC via a USB cable.
1) Connect phone to USB
2) Connect USB to computer
3) Pull down notifications bar
4) Click transfer files to PC or mount this device
5) Open My Computer in windows and locate the removable drive with the photos
You can download app Dropbox
1) Download on both phone and PC
2) Click photo on phone and click share
3) Choose Dropbox
4) Open dropbox on your PC and you will find your photos.

First install a program called Samsung Kies on your computer, it should come bundled with your phone on a CD but if not you can find it on the internet very easy (google "samsung kies download"). After you have installed this, use your USB-cable that you got with your phone - plug one end in to the phone and insert the other into your computers USB-port.
