Question about Electric Circuit Breaker Kit for Furnace

1 Answer

The blower comes on but it won't ignite. there is a wire just hanging out, should it be plugged in somewhere. there are 3 possible places to plug it in to.

Changed the filter today and vacuumed the closet it is in. Now the blower comes on but it will not ignite. Could it be because there may be a wire disconnected.

How do I replace a fuel primer build on the Stihl BR600 blower/

Disconnect the spark plug wire from the spark plug and ensure it can't come in contact with the spark plug. Removal of the spark plug wire removes any possibility that power can be supplied to the engine of the blower during the repair.

Remove the screws that hold the air filter cover in place. Remove the air filter cover and air filter. Remove the air filter housing from the side of the machine. Removal of these components allows you access to the primer bulb, fuel line and carburetor.

Why chevy blazer won t start after it rains ?

Its a possibility, that you can have a bad coil pack. start the vehicle, and spray the coils with a mist of water, from a spray bottle. If bad you see a spark. The coil pack is cracked somewhere.Meaning it was not water tight. It should be. Good-Day!

I just bought a Sears Craftsman snow blower, put gas and oil in it.Itried to pull the starter cord but it will not pull. I then tried the electric starter but it just grinded. Why won t it start?

Sounds like a serious flooding issue, perhaps due to having blower on its side, take out spark plug and place plastic bag over and try pulling over, be careful that it doesn't spark and ignite any fuel expelled out of cylinder.
if that is the case pull over several times blow off plug and try again, fuel might be trapped in muffler so be aware of spray, ignition.
If it doesn't pull over with the plug removed take it back as a valve might be sprung.

Not getting fire to plug, replaced ignition still no spark, echo pb-400e

With a good plug and a new switch there are a few remaining basic options. There is either a bad ignition coil or a bad wire or bad connection somewhere.

I hope this helps.

Replace blower ,my fan stop blowing

Probably isn't you blower that is bad...they rarely die, check fuses, relays, and resistror, test motor before going thru the hassle of possibly replacing a good motor to find out it still won't blow. To check motor: unplug wire connector from the resistor, (located under right side of dash, should be two wires coming out of the housing), using a heavy guage wire, I'm not sure what color wires GM uses, but, if there is a black wire connect a piece of your wire to this side of the plug and running it to the negative battery post, the other side of the plug will need to be grounded with another piece of wire on some bare metal somewhere close to the plug.
Hope this helps!

Ihave a sears 2 cycle blower, vac and is not getting spark, is there anyway to check the igniter module--bill

remove the spark plug, plug it back into the plug wire place a screwdriver on the spark plug and the cylinder and pull the starter rope - if there is spark, you will see it on the plug [or you will feel it!]. if you have spark, put the plug back in and try to wiggle it side to side, if it rocks freeley, the cylinder bolts have come loose [a very common problem with these units]. the fix is pretty involved and not fun

2001 kia sportage location a/c blower resistor

it is next to the blower fan up under the passengers side, I think it has 3 or 4 wires on the plug, just unscrew the 2 screws and disconnect the plug with the wires on it, is a great place to get info on kia's, hope this helps, you need to know why the resister is going bad, this means a short somewhere, if the blower shorta out then the resister will get over heated, check the switch you ajust fan speed with to see if it is working right.
