Temporary passwords After you enable login verification for your account on the web, you'll need to use a temporary password to log in to Twitter on other devices or applications that require you to enter your Twitter password; you will not be able to log in using your usual username and password combination. Some common devices or applications that require a temporary password are: mobile.twitter.com, TweetDeck for Mac or Windows, and Twitter for Mac, iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and Windows. To use a temporary password:
Go to the Password tab of your account settings on twitter.com.
Click the Generate button.
Enter your current account password and hit Generate again.
When prompted to log in to your other device or application, enter your username and use the temporary password that you were provided.
You can just sign into the twitter.com website and then visit the settings section. Once on the settings page click the password link in the left hand navigation. Once on the password page, just click the button to generate a temporay password.
You can then use that password to sign in to your mobile device.
