Did you do everything that was i the manual? Switch on the blue tooth connection on the tablet, switch on the keyboard. Do any lights blink on the keyboard when you switch it on?
do you have to put in any key code (0000)?
have you plugged in the usb dongle? did you install the drivers for the dongle? the drivers might be on an accompanying CD or you could run windows update with the device plugged in, it should find a driver.
