As i turn off my pc, the power lights do not turn off...then after few minutes, my pc restarts...what will i do so that if i turn my pc off, it will totally shut down, thanks

most common problem is main filter cap aster which is in power board if find defective please change but if its ok then replace main board because system ic internally leaking
Best to pres the power button for a few minutes to force shut down and restart.
If that doesn't work then remove power lead and pull the battery out and re-insert battery and power lead and restart.
Turn the router off.
Disconnect the electrical power.
Wait a few minutes.
Reconnect the power & restart it.
Restart your PC.
Search for a 'speedtest' web-site, to measure the performance.
remove battery plug in power.startup.if pc still is flashing press and hold power button until pc shuts down.restart.everthing should be ok now.wait until os is loaded then insert battery.

Try doing power drain by taking out the battery & keep holding down the power button for complete one minute to drain out the power from the computer components. Restart the computer after putting the battery in.
Try restarting the computer only with the AC power, without the battery & vice-versa.
That should resolve the issue. If the issue persists, then the only option is service center.
Completely remove the battery and unplug the power cord for a few minutes. Reinsert battery and power up.
You can also hit F8 when starting and see if you can boot into safe mode.
