Key pad will not work at all

The key pad got full of driving rain against it. Water in the pad???? Would that make it stop working and if so can I dry it out with a hair blow dryer?

Soak the lock in a container of 90% isopropyl alcohol you can get this at a drugstore for about a dollar a pint then let dry in the sun.
I take these apart and spray the parts with alcohol but only try this if you think you can put the lock back together again correctly

Power locks and power windows stoped working after we had a full day of rain on a 2001 Oldsmobile silhouette

Is your car battery working fine? Are you able to start the car? Check for any blown fuse. Power windows may also stop working temporarily if the car is submerged in water. Was you car submerged in water? Let the system dry, it should start working normally if fuse is not blown.

When is raining and i drive it on to the water it stops and dont start. even if starts it the engine doesnt run properly..the next day ..no rain ..the engine work perfectly..

Change your distributor cap, rotor, and spark plug wires. This should be enough to prevent stalling in the rain.

When these components wear out, the problem is first noted when driving in the rain. If they are not changed, eventually the car will not start, even in good weather.

Breaks

It sounds like you need to change and brake pads and rotors. You may have worn the pads low enough that the rivet that hold that pads are now up against the rotor. Same goes for the rear if that is where the gringin noise is coming from. Good luck a safe driving
