I don't know if this falls under your area, but here goes.Microwave oven door has glass on the outside and "wire mesh"(thats typical of micros) on the INSIDE.I can't figure out how to clean the spots off the glass.I tried to take the door apart to remove the glass to clean.I can't figure out how to seperate door parts. They apear to be molded or pressed together.Can you give me a solution on either how to clean or schematics on how to take the door apart.
On alot of models the door comes as a complete assembly and can't be taken apart. Magic Chef is made by Maytag and I am pretty sure theirs do not come apart. If it does come apart then it is likely held togther by plastic tabs that have to be pried apart. The problem is they break easy and then you will be replacing parts. Guess you will have to decide if it is worth taking that chance because doors are expensive. I don't see your model # in the description but you can try looking a diagram by typing in your complete model # located on the sticker inside the microwave. Try sears.com and click on parts and various other repair sites. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
