It could be that your key pad got burned out it happens a lot with hardware your best bet is to get it replaced cuz there is no fixing it only if you get a new chip but that can cost you more than the actual product its self

F3 means : Short circuit on key panel (your touch pad).
You get F3 error if a shorted key panel is detected for more than 60 seconds.
Solution: . Replace key panel (touch pad).
Try first unpluggign power cord for five minutes.
If you think that the problem may had been caused by water inside the keypad you can try using an hairdryer on the keypad, taking care not to melt the keypad plastic. If that does not work, then replace the keypad.
Try taking a credit card or ID card and placing it on its side across the top of the keys. Then swipe it down across the keys. This should unstick any of the keys that may be stuck and your phone should start working fine.
Yup I agree.. I have the same issue going on with my Hubbys phone right this minute.. I have a Flex cable on the way for it.. Just the Keypad is lit on mine.. But the Flex Cable is the one cable that controls the LCD the side buttons and the key pad and yes its the cable you see running in back if you take the battery out.
no u have to open u r cell phone and check all buttons (key pad key),one key of ur phone is pressed , find out witch key (button) are pressed remove it and make it proper or change it with other ur problem will solve by only doing thise step ok tell me what happened ok or not ok i know ur answer will ok,
