Kevklau, From your problem description it appears that you know how to operate the phone. Before looking into further advanced setup options, you should know that the problem might be with your service package: MMS and internet service must be enabled by your cellular service provider. Try contacting your cellular provider to enable your MMS and internet in your service package. If that is not the problem, please reply for further information.

It probably still has ATT settings for messaging and web. You will want to find the server settings in the menu and (cu920 calls it "network profiles" under "Connection" and select "media net" ) enter tmobiles settings for these, available at t mobiles website. ex: tmobiles user name field would not say [email protected]

1. From main screen tap the messaging icon at the bottom of the

2. Scroll the screen up and tap Messaging settings.
3. Tap Multimedia Message
4. Scroll down and tap multi msg centre
5. Tap the bottom left icon and tap Add New
6. At Title tap and enter TMobile
7. for MMSC URL enter http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
8. than save and activate the profile.. I think this should work. I just did it to mine cause I was having same problem it is now saying its sending so we shall see what happens lol

Ok so your guys's problem is that you have an unlocked UK phone in the US on a different network band. now i dunno if that made any sense to you but what you need to do is call tmobile, preferably not from the cookie, (if you call from another tmobile phone then the number to dial is just 611 if it isnt a tmobile phone then go look up the tech number. once you call just tell them that you have the LG KP500/cookie and that you would like help setting the picture messaging up. theyll be gald to help you, or they should be anyway. good luck

To have the t-zone to work and have MMS, do the following:

Menu->Settings->Connection-> Network Profiles then click "New"

Connection title:
T-Zones
Authentication:
PAP
Username:
* leave blank *
Password:
* leave blank *
APN:
epc.tmobile.com

then click save. This will allow the t-zone to work on your browser. Next, to set up your MMS settings, do the following:
Menu->Messaging->Message Settings->Multimedia Message->Message Center->Options->New

Name:
tmobile

MMSC URL:
http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

MMSC Proxy:
216.155.174.050

MMSC Port:
8080

Connection Mode:
TCP without Proxy

then save it, and activate that profile. If all goes well, those should be the correct setting for tmobile tzone and mms on an unlocked AT&T CU720 Shine as of October 18, 2008

***FOR MMS****

Under Connectivity - Network Profile, create a new profile

Name: Tmobile
Bearer: GPRS
APN: wap.voicestream.com
The rest just leave blank

Then go to Message - Settings - Multimedia message - Network profile and make a new one

Profile name: Tmobile
MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Internet mode: HTTP
Proxy IP: 216.155.165.050
Proxy port: 8080
Connection: Tmobile


Then go to Browser - Settings - Network profile - Activate Tmobile

Name: Tmobile
Homepage: http://wap.voicestream.com
Connection Type: HTTP
IP address: 216.155.165.050
Port number: 8080
Access point: Tmobile
