If when You scan, and you don't get at least one channel, it will keep showing You this message! look at screen it will show new channels! if no new channels check to make sure your coax is hooked up good, also make sure you are using right setting if outside antenna, select antenna, if cable select cable for your source!
Sounds like main system control memory IC to your TV is faulty. It can be located at the main board itself. Contact any service technician to replace it. for some reason it is not seeing you cable signal. you will need to make sure you have it set up for cable and not air. check your input options, like tv/av/hdmi/ ect

you need to select cable from off your remote and run the auto scan.even if it says you does not need to run auto scan still run the auto scan.good luck.
