There is no other place to get a repair CD. Lenovo makes CDs specifically for that model and no one else would carry them. You could, however, obtain an install CD for the Operating system you used to have through modern means such as borrowing it from a friend or locating it for download on certain web sites. You have a CD Key for Windows on the PC case itself, or you should if the case is original. The Key will work with any Windows install of the same Operating System so it doesn't matter what Disc you use.
Once you have a Windows disc and you are done installing you may have Driver issues. You can find all the drivers for your PC on the Lenovo website free of charge. It will take some time and effort, but it saves $50 and you learn a lot on the way!
