Multiple possibilities because you haven't been specific enough. What are you watching on? A smart TV or a computer? What time at night? Are we talking 6pm to 11pm or later?
If it is between 6 and 11 regardless of TV or Computer, it probably has to do with your ISP not being able to handle the demand because everybody is home and trying to use the internet. If it is later in the evening and you are trying to watch on a computer, a lot of systems are set to do "maintenance" late at night. It is possible that the computer is checking for updates and/or the antivirus has started a scan in the background.

I nearly went crazy pushing buttons, but finally got the right combination. From the normal Time Display (as you would normally use the watch, no need to push any buttons) Push and Hold for a few seconds the Lap/Reset Button. The "Set" Mode will become active. Release the Lap/Reset button when Set appears in the Display. Notice in the Display a small Arrow that points to a button, either the ST/STP or Mode Button. (Initially it will be the ST/STP Button). When you depress the button to which the arrow points, the Field Flashing in the display will be set (For ST/STP) or Changed to the next Field (When the Arrow Points to the Mode Button). Simply toggle through the fields (using the Mode Button) and set (using the ST/STP Button) as needed. You will also be offered the ability to set the Month, Date, Day, 12/24 HR, and a M-D (It stands for Month - Date, in Europe it's more common to display as Date - Month). I did not change this field since by default on my watch it displayed M - D first. The setting cycle will be finished off when you have set the various fields by again pushing the Lap/Reset Button. Not related to setting the watch, but possibly useful, the Watch will completely reset if all the buttons are pushed at the same time, including pushing the Display Light (or in the case of this watch, the illumination used for the Display Characters). Hope this helps, it worked for me.
If it is like mine you press the test button until you hear the chime. Wait for the hour chime to go and count it. If it chimes once for 1PM and you need it set to 6PM then you press the test button to reset the chime and repeat press the button 5 times. This will set the chime to 6 PM. If you get lost on the time press until it makes no noise. This means you are 11PM or later and continue to then press until it makes noise again. Count the hour chimes and you are at the count in the AM. Repeat the steps and keep pressing to get to the proper AM or PM hour count..
Use a small screwdriver to push all the segments either in (toward the centre of the dial) or out, depending on the make of the timer, between the times indicated on the dial. This may be marked in 24hr time (1800 = 6pm, 0100 = 1am). Then set the dial time to the arrow mark according to the current time. Only turn the timer dial in the direction indicated by the arrow, otherwise you will strip the gears in the timer.
the date was on the31st of in a 30 day month, I advanced the hands of the watch till it advanced the day to the 1st of next month it usually advances to the next day about 1:00 am, and date both the date and the day will advance together
