RED LED BLINKING WHILE CHARGING THE BATTERY

For the first time, when i tried to charge the battery the RED LED ON the battery charger BLINKED ...
.is it ok???

It is normal. Just push both sides of the charger in. It happens all the time.even though it might stay blinking its normal
