Unfortunately this is a Clarion Radio and there are no codes widely available for these. There are codes available for a limited number of serials and yours is not one of them.
If you want to get this radio operational again then a dealer is your only option which is likely to be costly given the unit is only part working. Your money would be better spent on an aftermarket unit that you can take out and use again in another car or van when you sell this one.

If you have run out of 'lives' (too many wrog codes entered), I've read other people suggesting leaving the radio powered on for 1 hour to reset it, although I have not tried it myself so do not know whether this will work.
