New Pfister Avalon Install: Spray Hose Works, Faucet doesn't

Hi, and thanks in advance if anyone can help this poor damsel in distress!

I just installed a Price Pfister Avalon 26-4CBS, single control faucet, separate hose sprayer. Had a REALLY tough time inserting diverter clip into diverter tee. Spray hose works fine, but no water comes out of faucet. No help on Pfister's site.

Sounds like your diverter is stuck or improperly installed ,try tapping at diverter location to free up diverter the other thing to try is remove the little device on the end of spout make sure its not clogged with debri

We purchased Price Pfister Marielle R89-8MBY and installed it - it is a beautiful fixture and is high quality. However, the faucet spray is not uniform, it actually splatters water in different directions....
Tammy, on the Price Pfister web site, there is a CONTACT US link to report problems. Tell them the model number of your faucet and describe the problem. Price Phister is very, very good about making you happy, and you should have a new aerater assembly in the mail in about 5 days.

check the sprayer handle by disconnecting and blowing into it and pressing sprayer handle and/or for possible kink at main body or hose by disconnected sprayer point hose into sink and turn on water. If you remove the supply line from the faucet and open the valve into a bucket, do you have adequate pressure? If you do, you will need to remove the hot water stem to see if something washed up into the faucet when you first turned the water on.
