Hi, I've been trying desperately to restore factory settings on my samsung u700v, which is locked on vodafone firmware. My problem is the phone automatically saves the top three numbers you text on the phone, and suggests those numbers when you're trying to send a message. I want to pass on this phone and I don't want the new user to have access to these numbers, I checked if those numbers were still there when I put another sim card in, and they were. So am i right in thinking if i reset the phone, those numbers will disappear. The only information i've been able to get is to flash my phone with some samsung software, but i have no idea how I would do that without melting the phone. Thanks very much for your help.
Enter *2767*3855#
