if this problem is on your android phone then.

i suggest first update your candy crush saga application. login with your fb account and play.

Try "force stop" in the settings/apps or delete and re-download the app

Try to load it in another browser. Try Internet Explorer first, as it is already installed with Windows. Chrome if that doesn't work either.

You could also pause any antivirus or firewalls that you have running, as they could cause a flash game to freeze while downloading. It's not likely though.

If the game is still bugged, then chances are the issue is on the server's end. I've seen plenty of Facebook games fail to receive continued support and break down, becoming unplayable.
