My camera is from Digital Concepts. I lost the botom cpver of it because it broke off.i pit in batteries and decided to put tape of it so they wont come out. I try to turn it

But it does not work.
Every battery cover of a camera has a switch, powering down the camera when the cover is opened. This is to prevent damage to the memory card. You should not remove batteries while the camera is writing to the memory card.
Find the little switch and press it. Then try to switch on.

Broke battery cover

And now you can't use the camera? the cover must be closed complete. There is a switch, to check if the cover is closed. this is checked, to prevent damage to the memory card. When the camera is powered down while accessing the memory, the already saved pictures can become damaged.
You better contact an authorised service centre, for a repair of the camera.

Replacing canon 18x50 battery cover

I just broke the hinge pin while removing the old cover but found two wall Phillips had screws, under the rubber and was able to loosen the hinge enough to install new cover. Easy!

INVACARE STORM TDX DROVE OFF OF CURB LOST POWER IMMEDIATELY

Sounds like your battery or batteries became disconnected. Remove the 3 screws holding the rear electronics cover on the chair. Check all the controller connections and specifically the 2 pin plug into the batteries in the battery box. Remove the screws and pull the front battery box cover off. Slide out the battery tray after removing the retaining screws on the bottom sides at the front. Check the batteries for loose or damaged connections and tighten.
If you cut or broke wires at the rear or bottom of the controller you can do a temporary repair and order new parts. You should be able to get the chair to power up if the power path connections are good. If it powers up after a check of the battery connections and power connection to the controller and you still have a fault code, I can help you further. Hope this helps you for now.
