Ok Sylvia I understand your frustration before I learn how to deal with this I even cry I was getting charge for almos 300.00 for something that I did not even order so this is what you need to do .

Hi,

It takes 5-10 working days for them to process it. The amount shows refunded because Paypal refunded the amount to the bank but that doesn't mean that the amount is updated on your Debit Card.

The ball is in Bank's court. What i have seen it would be updated within 2-3 working days but some banks would take more time to update the amount.

Note - I am taking into consideration that you have entered all the correct details in the Paypal account.

if i follow you correctly the money went back to your credit card then to paypal again. if this is the case call your credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback. they will get your money back.
