I've just recently been having trouble with my 1GB c240. The sound on any song I play goes in and out and I have to keep adjusting the headphones in order to correct the problem. I know it's not the headphones because I bought 2 new pair and they work fine on a different mp3 player I own but didn't correct the problem for my c240. Any suggestions?

Attention: resetting the device will delete all the songs..
