All of a sudden, the only way I can get my mouse to work is to reconnect, then it only works for 5-10 seconds and freezes. It won't resync and stay connected. However the wireless keyboard stays synced. I noticed this happening after I cleaned off my keyboard with a dry towel, I think I may have depressed a button on the keyboard causing it not to work properly?? Does anyone know what button this could be?
You should get your mouse replaced if it is under by warranty. The
cause may be falling from the desk or even a sudden tap may get the
battery contacts unreliable. No use with cleaning or soldering the
contacts, this may happen again.
