The only solution is to run a factory default recovery, but you could also try installing Mozilla Firefox and see if that helps.

• Defrag Disk
  
• Fix registry errors
  
• Reinstall chrome
  
• Update the drivers that control your PC.

The most common causes of a slow PC is:
a)It has been infected with viruses and/or spyware
b)You have too many programs or apps installed on your PC which are running in the background and slowing the tasks you are busy with.

Install a good anti-virus program such as AVG free edition. You can download it for free from www.avg.com
Once downloaded run a full scan to detect viruses and spyware which may be slowing your PC down.
Also uninstall any programs which you are not using.

Antivirus Programs would be a good start and defrag your hard drive as well

Did you change *********** bord. If Not you need program that boot your pc to fix problem . "PcMacanic etc

Too many things are running in the background. Before you start your game, load the Task Manager. Under processes turn off your virus protection, other programs like Sype, Logmein, Adobe, Itunes, Picassa, Google, etc. Then try your game.

Try using an onlive virus scan (google mcaffee virus scan)
And allow it to finish ( may take some time)

Also how much space left on your windows install drive?
