If not draining the water is the 'DE' a drain error? not draining water?

Hello.. DE Error means door error but if wash cycle is working properly means you need to change your drain motor.

There is a small magnet at the front of the lid that triggers the door error, mine was corroded and the lg people wanted $80 for a service fee.. Ha I went to my local hobby shop and got a small earth magnet and some super glue $1.50 later and she's fixed.. tadAaa.

DE means drain error. The water is taking too long to drain out of your machine. It is most likely a defective pump, or clogged drain line.

de stands for drain error... the sensor has gone or the torque motor

- Lid open error Lid is open during wash cycle. Close lid.

- Water overflow error Water supply does not stop after sensing an overflow condition. Turn off household water supply to washer and unplug power cord.

Close the door.
Make sure the source water faucet is turned on.
Check the water pressure.
Clean the debris filter.
Make sure the drainage hose is installed correctly.
Laundry load is unbalanced; loosen any tangled laundry. If only one item of clothing needs
washing, such as a bathrobe or jeans, the final spin result might be unsatisfactory and an "UE"
error message will be shown in the display window.
