We donated our CM3520 to a local church and they contacted us and let us know that they cannot access the copier because of the access code. Noone here remembers the code and now the church cant use it? Any suggestions on how this can be reset for them? Thanks

Sounds to me that the paper tray is set incorrectly. There is a dial on the back of the machine that needs to be set correctly once the paper tray guides are adjusted accordingly -particularly when running 8 1/2 x 11" (letter) size paper. It can be set to run either lengthwise, or laterally (portrait) make sure the dial is set to the proper setting on ALL trays. If the tray is set for lateral, for example, and the paper is installed lengthwise, the scanner only utilizes 8 1/2" in length rather than the full 11". Frequent jamming is also a common problem when making multiple copies, because the paper is not where the machine "expects" it to be. Also check that the LCD display reads the proper size / orientation after adjustment.

This will require a tech familiar with this machine to reset. The user code option is enabled by both a setting within service mode, and a jumper being disconnected on the motherboard of the copier. This jumper will need to be reconnected and the settings changed within service mode.
