Xbox not working

Hi,

i,d assume The Graphics Scaler Chip Is Faulty.
Or the HDMI Port is bad if Applicable.
Try a different Way Of Cabling The 360 to TV ( RGB Or Composite Cable )

Open tray Error -Plus-?

this sounds very much like your laser needs replacing, its a common fault with 360's and we repair about 5 of these a week.

we can fix your 360 and put a brand new laser pickup unit inside for only £40 which also includes return delivery to your door.

it also sounds like it may need a service which we would do free of charge at the same time! :)

Xbox parental control

Try doing this. It should work:

1. From the XBOX dashboard screen, go to settings and then parental control.

2. When prompted for the password, perform the following sequence using the XBOX controller: X, Y, Left Trigger, X.

3. Enter in a new password, or disable parental control entirely.
