I had a similar problem where my TH-42PX60 would turn on but all controls were disabled. I could not change channel, input, volume or anything other than turning the TV on and off. I called customer support and they directed me to this site: http://www.pasctraining.panasonic.com/specialapplications/productfirmwaredownloads/downloads1.asp to download a firmware update onto an SD Card. I inserted the SD card into the slot in my TV and powered it on. The update took about 3 minutes and I haven't had a problem since.
This is a link to the instructions to install the update:

Original problem was, It started flashing 2 blinks at a time. Did a search. It stated 2 blinks was possibly the d board. I replaced the d board with a new one. Same results. Called a tech in, he found that it was the power supply. I replaced the power supply and turned on the tv. The power light started blinking 6 times. Checked the plugs and found that the plug going over to the sc,su sd board wasnt plug in tight. Fastened it good and turned tv back on. The power light stayed on. But now I have sound but no picture. The right side of the screen comes on but very dim and only stays on for a split second.

10 blinks error code is definitely due to a malfunctioning A-board. Since you have already replaced it, the only possibilities are
1)Either you have obtained a malfunctioning replacement OR
2)You did not get the correct revision version. Not that the same model number of the tv can use different sets of parts. That is why it is always recommended to order by part number. I have had a customer recently who had a similar problem and it turned out to be incorrect version of the replacement board. So check the part number of the replacement and the original . Also compare the revision versions of both and see if everything matches. Please let me know what you found.
