My O2 XDA IIs stoped working ....

I downloaded MS windows mobile 6 for my XDA IIs and start to update it but during installation.some thing went wrong and my XDA is almost dead its only showing msg on screen SERIAL VER 2.07 and thats all. Plz if u could tell me any solution for this.

even my o2's doing exactly the same

the serial changes to usb when i plug it into charging or onto my computer but nothing else

My O2 XDA stopped working. I have tried to hard reset it several times but it is not working.

Try going to http://forum.xda-developers.com/ and searching there. they have loads of advice of the XDA IIs. Proberly need to start a fresh with it, try a hard reset as it seems your stuck in bootloader mode

How do i download O2 Xda IIs Pocket PC Suite?

Well, if your PC run Windows XP, install ActiveSync. Otherwise, i.e. if it runs Vista or 7, install Windows Mobile Device Center instead. To freely download any of these programs, please, visit this page.
Once the correct program is installed and running, the first time you connect your phone to your PC, you will be prompted to start a new partnership. You'll be able to select the items to be synchronized. E.g. if you want to sync your contacts, calendar and email messages, you should have Microsoft Outook running on your PC too. In order to sync your media files (pictures, music and video), Windows Media Player should be installed as well.

How to connect with a pc with 02 xda

You must have ActiveSync installed for a windows mobile pc to connect to a windows XP computer. Here's the direct link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=9e641c34-6f7f-404d-a04b-dc09f8141141

O2 XDA is running windows mobile operating system. so just download microsoft activesync from www.download.com, install it and now you cna connect your device t o your PC. If you are using windows vista then download "microsoft windows device manager" and install it. Activesync is for windows XP.

Broken screen (o2 Xda IIs)

Try Ebay. I had a phone once that I broke the screen and went to ebay. I typed in the exact model # and looked fror touch screens. I found one and got it and replaced it and it worked fine.
