W810i joypad and walkman key not workin

Dear Sir I got my mobile w810i is not to working with its right key and walkman key , I can not change volume as the ynot working as well and network antena is off some time Is it ant software prob ? I dont know ! Please guide me

Its a common issue with sony handsets .open the phone remove the touch pad and clean it properly .

if still it does not work replace ur joystick 4rm sony carecenter.

regarding network problem reinsall sim then try .

Sir, you can definitely have and should have the genuine updated software for your phone, it increases the phone's life and stability as well. I've provided a download link below. You can have the update utility and the guides as well there.
All you need to do an update is the USB Data Cable (DCU-60) and an active internet connection, if you have them please proceed, and without them its not possible.
Ok, now download the utility from the link below, install it and the wizard will guide you further on how and when to connect the phone. Also note that you should backup all your Data before updating as after that your phone will be in "Out of the Box" Condition.
