File integrity violated error how to solve - SanDisk CompactFlash PCMCIA Adapter

This error is due to a problem in the VT52.SYS device driver, which has no overflow checking for its buffer.

Turning off the Allow Fast Paste option in the PIF file may help to correct the problem.

In what part of the wold are you located? Have you traveled to other countries recently. This may be a bogus message with an unknown purpose. The MS support site says There are no documents that match your search for "file integrity violated"
But the exact wording shows up on overseas web sites lots and lots of times.
Be careful.run an virus scan or malware scan.

Do not copy when you are using the integrity.
Disable the integrity then copy to the file.
