Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
My mp3 player turns on and does all the startup stuff and then goes into the music like it normally would, but then once you hit play it freezes. Hold is off, it won't play music, and you can't turn it off. I had this problem about a week ago and I figured it was a one-time thing so I brought it back and used my warranty to get a new one. It happened again on the new one and I don't feel like having to get a new mp3 player every week. P.S- Both times this occurred it was plugged into a speaker system that is made for any product, so I don't think that's the problem but I just thought you should know. Thanks
Hello format your player to remove any corrupt or bad files in your player. Then after that make sure you are using the latest firmware which is .18A and also make sure that the speaker system you are using is compatible with the device or made for sansa accessories, ensuring you that the device will properly work on it. If not it may work but it will may harm your device and voiding the warranty of it.
