Question about Frigidaire ATF6000ES Front Load Washer
I plugged my washer in for the first time and when i go to start a load it starts filling with water for a second and then stops. after a min or so it will start filling again and then stop after a few seconds. it does this a couple time and then doesnt do anything. ive pulled codes and have gotten e43 and e5e different times. the codes tell me to replace the control board but doesnt say which one. anyone have an idea as to what i can try to find out what i should replace?
Washer stopped working, similar to your experience, water would start and stop after a few seconds and not progress. It displayed E5E error when prompted for code. I opened up the back of the machine and noticed that a connector was not connected to the control board, i removed the control board to get a better view of where it belonged, and slid the connector over the same control board, closed up the machine and it's back in business. Repair men told me that I needed to replace the control board, but I didn't need to, it simply had disconnected.

Before replacing check the voltage to the machine. Make sure the machine is not on any extension cord.when the machine is turned on make sure the voltage doesn't drop more than a few volts.
