When the projector comes on after counting down there is No Signal in the right hand corner. I cannot access menu or reset, etc. Nothing happens. This is with a computer, a video, or the projector just by itself.
Any suggestions? This projector is used at my school and we can't afford a new one.

Put the projector on. While holding down the Menu key on the projector, press and hold down the Menu button on the remote. Keep both buttons pressed for a count of at least 5 seconds.
When the Service Menu pops up, release the Menu button on the remote control first and then the one on the projector after.
Now you're in to the service menu, you need to find out which button on the remote brings up the Lamp Timer Reset function. This is where you're going to have to do a bit of trial and error. With the TVs, the remote button was the Mute key. There isn't a Mute key on the projector remote, so try the Lamp key first. If that doesn't work then try some other buttons. Here's the method.
While holding down the Enter/OK on the projector, press and hold the Lamp key for five second. If this works then the lamp timer reset box should appear. Release the remote button first, followed by the unit button.
Press Enter/OK on the remote to reset the lamp timer. If there's an On Screen Prompt to confirm, press Enter again.
Press Exit on the remote to come out of the menus.
Warning: Don't reset or change any other functions. The service menu isn't the place to be tinkering around with stuff you don't understand.
To reset the lamp timer you must be able to access the on screen menus. If you can't and the projector shuts down before you can do so then the lamp is unlikely to be the problem, howevere this is how you reset the lamp timer.
Turn the projector on, and press MENU
Press the POINT LEFT/RIGHT buttons until you get to SETTING and then press SELECT
Press the POINT DOWN button and a red arrow icon will appear. Move the arrow to the LAMP AGE and then press SELECT
Reset the filter timer.
(1) Turn on the projector. While the projector running, press the MENU button to
open the menu.
(2) Choose the “OPTION” on the menu using the up/down button, then press the right
button or ENTER button.
(3) Choose the “FILTER TIME” using the up/down button, then press and hold the right
button of projector or the RESET button of remote control for 3 seconds.
(4) Choose the “RESET” using the up button.
First find someone you know who has a working unit, just to make sure you don't have a problem with your PC output or the cable so you KNOW you have signal at the input.
If no signal then, make sure your input is "configured" correctly in the user menu.
I would have to think your VGA input board on the projector is faulty but let me know what you find.
