Either the screen has failed. or the cable is disconnected. The cable that connects the screen to the main board. That cable is not user serviceable take the machine to a brother tech. I happen to be one but?

How can it happen, that when switching on a Ricoh mpc4500 and a1357ex, they both blow a fuse. They can not be switched on again. Absolutely dead. Anything to look for in particular? ?
blown fues on the equipment power supply, both have heater should only be on their own circuit MPC4500 draws 15 amps!!

Hi i have a ricio photo copier mpc4500 with problem it says used toner bottle not set corectley can you advise please
try to remove the toner cartridge/bottle; turn it around (spin on a vertical axis) and put it back in (backwards).
