How can I get replacement lids for the cups

Hello! Happy to help with that. To replace the filter simply twist the dirt cup lid off of the dirt cup. Remove the old filter and replace with the new one. Twist and lock the dirt cup lid back on. Unfortunately the lid has been discontinued and is no longer in production. Neither is the bowl :(

There is a black clip at the top of the dirt cup which holds the dirt cup in place on this vacuum. Pull back on this clip with one hand and with the other you will be able to remove the entire dirt cup assembly. Once the dirt cup assembly is off remove the lid, and take the bottom portion to the trash can and dump. Tap the side of the cup slightly to remove excess dirt. Romove the dirt cup filter inside and do the same. Replace the fiter and the lid and put it back on to the machine. You should replace the dirt cup filter every 6 months to a year. Part is below:

I just picked up a used GM5 at a thrift store, and 2 of the lids say "Ball", a popular brand used for canning. I would bet they are replacement lids, so that is where I would start looking. In the event that no replacement can be found, I would give "Press and Seal" plastic wrap a shot. The stuff is AMAZING.
Now, I have no manual for my machine, and I hear you do.... if I were to ask nicely, would you send a copy my way? Please?
