Check the network connection and or the USB cable. Go to Sharp web site and download the latest drivers for your machine and computer. they (drivers) are normally free.
Slow transfer of information to the printer can be a couple of things.
1) The document is massive. If you are sending a picture then check the size of the image file, same for normal files. More than 1Mb is going to take a long time unless you have a very powerful printer.
2) The Driver is not able to translate the file into a format the printer can accept. Try updating the driver.
3) The connection to the printer is sketchy. If the cable connecting the PC to the Printer is damaged some information will be getting lost as it is trying to send. Try replacing the cable.
Go to START MENU Choose RUN Type the letter "cmd" Type the word "net stop spooler" Exit Go to C drive Choose to Windows Folder Click show content Choose system32 folder Choose spool folder Choose printer And delete all printing jobs pending Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler" Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on.
