Question about Motorola Mobility SLVR L7 Cellular Phone
Every time i connect my phone to the computer, iTunes reads that my phone and at first, it says that it's synced. Then, when i drag a song into my phone, a message pops up saying that this mobile phone could not be synced and that my disc could not be read. PLEASE HELP. This is driving me nuts!
Disconnect the USB cable from your Motorola phone featuring iTunes, Wait 10 seconds & Reconnect the USB cable to the phone (it will confirm the connection with a tone). Again Wait 10 seconds, then open iSync and try syncing again. If the issue continues, turn your Motorola phone featuring iTunes off and then back on. Then open iSync and try syncing again.

Tips for a great answer:
design, the iPod, iPhone and iPad will sync iTunes content with one computer at a
time. Any attempt to sync such content with a second computer will
result in ALL iTunes content being first erased from your phone &
then replaced with the content from the second computer. This is a
design feature and cannot be overridden. Because you replaced your
computer, or hard drive, your phone will see this as a "new" computer.
The iTunes content sync is one way: computer to phone. If you have
photos that were synced to your phone or music ripped on your own that
were not backed up, you will first have to extract them from your phone
using third party software, before you do anything else, as Apple makes
no provision to do so:
Past iTunes, App store, & iBookstore content can be re-downloaded. Read here:
Once you've done that, do the following in the order specified:
1. Disable auto sync when an iPod/iPhone is connected under iTunes>Preferences>Devices(under Edit menu if using Windows).
Make sure you have one contact & one event in the supported
applications on your computer(iCal & Address Book on a Mac, Windows
Address Book or Outlook if using Windows). These entries can be fake,
doesn't matter, the important point is that these programs not be empty.
3. Connect your phone, iTunes running, do not sync at this point.
4. Store>Authorize this computer.
5. File>Transfer Purchases(To make sure all purchased content on your phone will be in your iTunes library).
6. Right click your phone in the left device pane & select "Reset warnings".
7. Right click again and select "Backup".
Right click again & select "Restore from Backup", select the backup
you just made. When prompted to create another backup, decline.
This MUST be followed by a sync to restore your iTunes content, which
you select from the various tabs, You'll get a popup regarding your
contacts & calendars asking to merge or replace, select "Merge".
Your phone should look just like it did when you started, with no data loss.
Click the respective tabs in iTunes to specify which media and information you want to sync from your computer to your device.
For more information about syncing your device with your computer, see the User's Guide:
Click Apply in the lower-right corner of the screen. Your computer syncs with your device according to your settings.
first time you sync your device, you are asked if you want to merge
data, replace data on the device, or replace the data on your computer.
When you choose to merge information, any differences between the data
will be mingled together. If you choose to replace information,
information from either the computer or device will overwrite the
information on the other. These options can not be undone. After that,
anytime you connect your device to your computer, iTunes opens and syncs
with your device according to the settings in iTunes.
You can adjust sync settings any time your device is connected to your computer.
Syncing won't delete any contact in Yahoo! Address Book that contains a
Messenger ID, even if you've deleted the contact from your address book
on your device or your computer. To delete a contact containing a
Messenger ID, log in to your Yahoo! account online and delete the
contact using Yahoo! Address Book.
