Check the file format.

Replace the TMS94481CT transformer on the inverter board. Can't miss it it is bright yellow. Part is available on EBay.

The main set up is that you need to set your PC video resolution to the native resolution of this TV in PC mode otherwise the pictures will look real bad and not clear. No driver needed.
To use the TV as a monitor will not be as good as the PC monitor due to limited resolution the TV can display.

No need for XP driver as long as you set the PC video resolution to the TV PC mode native resolution, otherwise you will get UNSUPPORTED error message on the screen.

I suspect that you have already rebooted the computer with the card reader in place. If not, give that a try, this will cause Windows to load the drivers at startup, rather than as a plug and play device.

Also, you may wish to check the card reader manufacturers website for an updated XP driver.

You may need to set up the video card to see the TV so you can display the computer on it.Somewhere in the setting for your video card should be settings for that.

I need help monitor went blank and when I try to turn it back on it only blinks at the power button. took it apart and everything looks ok.

I just bought a 32" dynex lcd and saw that i couldn't program my two $5 ge remotes to work it. From reading in this forum and others I'm not the only one with the problem, I thought I was stuck with only the dynex remote. But the dynex website tells you how to get universal remotes to work,
It tells you to try the codes for Orion, Emerson, Memorex, Sansui, Sylvania, Zenith. The second orion code worked for me. both my ge remotes look and work the same but one uses a four digit code and the other uses a three digit code. I used 0135 on one and 135 on the other. There is a good chance that if you try the codes for the brands dynex lists you will find one that works. The 0135 or 135 might work for most dynex tv's.
If you have a ge remote and haven't programmed it for volume punch through you might try it. It allows the tv volume to be controlled using the ge remote even when it's set to something other than tv.
