1.Cut the appropriate size hole.
2. be sure the amp supports your sub with the proper impedance.
3.wire the plate to the sub
4. apply sealant to the plate where it touches the box. sealant, not glue.
5. connect you plate amp to power socket.
6. setup your preferences with the knobs on the plate amp, sub sonic, LPF, boost, gain etc.

How to change image transfer belt unit on konika minolta bizhub c550

Transfer belts for the C550 series models are normally replaced by technicians. If you order the belt to install yourself, you turn off main power, open right side cover, locate guide plate under current belt, loosen thumb screw and remove plate, remove 2 screws securing the belt locks, remove front cable support on right side cover to lower cover, then pull belt out right side of machine. Install new belt in reverse order.
I would recommend a trained technician as the belts can become easily damaged.

Put clutch into gear but no movement

Replacing the clutch is fairly easy on most motorcycles. A factory repair manual is helpful and suggested, but in a nutshell, here's the proceedure.
There is a round cover on the right side of the engine, this is the clutch cover. After draining the oil, remove the cover and this will expose the clutch pressure plate that will be retained with a number of washered bolts and springs. Remove the pressure plate, and the clutch plates can be removed. There will be alternating friction and steel plates-remove them all and keep them in a stack in the order they were removed. Soak the new friction plates in oil before installation. Install the new plates starting and ending with friction, alternating a steel plate in between.Be aware that some motorcycles have a different first and last friction plate, your parts dealer should know that when you buy the parts.
After it's stacked reinstall pressure plate with new springs, bottom out the washered bolts and no additional torque is required. Reinstall cover with new gasket, fill with oil and adjust clutch lever so it has enough slack to slide a quarter in between the lever and perch. Good luck!

Need to know how to install clutches.

I assume you mean clutch plates. Mount the outer clutch basket and the inner clutch hub then install a fiber plate, then a metal pressure plate, fiber, metal, fiber and so on. You should end up with a fiber plate. Some clutch sets have two fiber plates that are .005 thicker than the others. The thicker plate goes in as the first plate and the last plate. Gas pump bulb is broken. Can I buy one locally or do I have to order from Mantis and wait for it? Where can I find instructions for how to repair it when i do find the part?

If the bulb is mounted on the carburetor (which I believe it is) you can get this from any dealer who carries the parts. It should be a Walbro or Zama carburetor. If the bulb is part of the carburetor, there should be just two screws that secure the cover in place: Removed the cover plate, remove the old bulb and install the new one, reinstall the cover plate. It is a relatively easy fix but without knowing which carburetor model you have, this should get you in the right direction. Hope it helps.

Tag light is not working. is there a fuse that will get the light turned back on?

The fuse labeled REAR PARK LP 15A in the right instrument panel fuse box powers the rear park lamps, and the tag lamps. If your rear park lamps are working then you most likely need to replace the tag lamps (bulbs). Use the following procedure to replace the lamps.

To Remove:
  1. Remove the two mounting screws from the license plate lamp.
  2. Remove the license plate lamp from the rear bumper fascia.
  3. Remove the license plate lamp socket by turning it counterclockwise.
To Install:
  1. Install the license plate lamp socket by turning it clockwise.
  2. Position the license plate lamp to the rear bumper fascia.
  3. Install the license plate lamp mounting screws.

With Air Conditioning
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the instrument panel compartment.
  3. Unfasten the forward-most screw in the right side door sill plate. Remove the trim panel from the right hinge pillar.
  4. If necessary for access, unplug the ECM wiring and remove the ECM.
  5. Unplug the electrical lead at the blower motor and if equipped, remove the underdash courtesy lamp.
  6. Remove the bolt from the right side lower instrument panel support. Remove the blower cover and the cooling tube.
  7. Unfasten the flange screws and pull out the blower motor. You may have to pry back the right side of the instrument panel slightly. Be careful!

  2. Install the cooling tube and the blower shield.
  3. Install the bolt into the instrument panel support.
  4. Attach the courtesy lamp and the blower electrical lead.
  5. If removed, install the ECM. Attach the wiring harness.

Install a Swing plate assembly on hp 4250

Are you sure that is the right part #. Hp has a part # RM1-0043 for a swing plate assembly. If you have one white gear and one black gear you should be ok. I STRONGLY recommend a service technician if your not technically incline.
To replace the swing plate assembly you will first have to remove ALL COVERS top , left, right, front, back. then black paper guide behind fuser, then fuser. next remove main control board and black fan connector and plate. on the otherside(left cover side) of the main board. To make this simple you will have to remove the power supply which sits under your toner cartridge. Good luck
