I pay so i can text which my plan includes picture messaging but i can recive them but can not send them

If you are having problems sending MMS, it will be a wrong setting on the phone. You need to contact your carrier (Orange, T Mobile, AT&T) and ask for the correct settings to imput on the 'settings' menu. They will look similar to the example below (for O2):
Name: O2 MMS APN: wap.o2.co.uk Proxy: http://wap.o2.co.uk Port:9201 Username: o2wap Password: password

I9 wap/gprs & mms settings for O2

First you have to make 2 data accounts,
1 for wap,
1 for mms.
Press service,
Data account,
GPRS, ok,
Pick any one of the settings because you are going to change it,
Press edit.
account name edit to O2 WAP GPRS,
APN to payandgo.o2.co.uk,
user name to payandgo,
password is password,
authentication type normal,
after each one if done is the option press it. this is the setting for wap internet.

You have to do the same again to make a new data account for the mms. the settings for this is
account name O2MMS,
APN payandgo.o2.co.uk,
user name payandgo all others same as before.

Now you have 2 new data accounts you need to set up wap.
press service, wap, settings, edit profile, sim 1 or 2 which ever you are using,
select the O2 WAP GPRS account that was made earlier,
press ok. press edit profile,
rename profile is ok it is O2 WAP GPRS,
edit home page to http//wap.o2.co.uk,
set data account to O2 WAP GPRS,
connection type wap, IP address 193,113,200,195
user name payandgo,
password is password,
press back and activate profile.
you should be able to get on to o2 homepage now.

To get mms
press text, mms, mms settings, server profile, sim which ever you are using 1 or 2 ,
select the O2 MMS made earlier, edit profile, rename profile is 0k should be O2 MMS, home page is http//mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002,
data account is the O2 MMS you made before,
connection type wap,
MMS IP address 193,113,200,195
user name payandgo,
password is password,
select back when all settings are entered and select activate profile. this should be it.
This works OK for me.

Motorola Z10 "right soft key" seems to be locked as a short cut to the O2 wap side and there is no way to change it.Could you please tell me how to change that key to be short cut to the Contacts???

This is o2's fault - the firmware (the software that controls this kind of stuff) is o2's version and they have disabled the option to change the function if this key - although you'll notice the manual says you can!

The only option is to change the firmware to the unbranded version that would come with a phone not bought through o2, which is easier on other motorolas, the symbian operating system is notorously difficult to tinker with

I dont have enough space to explain phone 'modding' - but you can have a look at modmymoto.com. Although I will point out that so far, it seems the stock (unbranded) frimware is not available anywhere
